Once a minor Nietzschean colony world, Enga's Redoubt was the homeworld of the Drago-Kazov Pride, who maintain the most powerful military force in known space. The poor soils and inhospitable climate of Enga's Redoubt make the planet unable to sustain its population of Nietzscheans and their human servants, so copious amounts of foodstuffs and other goods are imported from the Drago-Kazov's extensive empire of tribute worlds. Enga's Redoubt is also famous as the current resting place for the remains of Drago Museveni, the Nietzshean Progenitor.
Sometime after the Andromeda Ascendant was salvaged, Tyr Anasazi paid a visit to Enga's Redoubt and stole the Progenitor's remains away. While the Dragans gave chase, they were unable to recover them. Enga's Redoubt was also Captain Dylan Hunt's target when he assisted the Sabra-Jaguar but was spared a direct assault by the strategies of Fleet Admiral Cuatemoc.
After Tyr pronounced himself the genetic reincarnation of Drago Museveni, Enga's Redoubt was the site of a massive battle between the Commonwealth Fleet, the Drago Kazov, and dozens of other factions that despised one or both of the two main combatants. The result was the destruction of Enga's Redoubt.
