Ral Parthia was a Planetary Nature Reserve and open to visitors, until the fall. After the Fall, the planet was over run by Kalderans, but some of the vedrans and warders survived and kept protecting it. Dylan helps a warder and a Vedran admiral to escape from the planet. The Vedran later goes back to Ral Parthia with a Nova Bomb, and by using the voltarium with some special equipment, hides the entire Ral system in a tesseract.
