Serenity Vikram Singh Khalsa (portrayed by Brian George) is a famous Wayist, or to quote Rev Bem: "The Serenity is a light among Wayists. A philosopher, a teacher, a peacemaker."

10087 CY the Om Shanti (Khalsa's ship) is attacked by unknown forces and saved by the Andromeda Ascendant. Khalsa has been injured in the fight but refuses to be treated with nanobots saying that he is committed to the "Mountain Path", that means complete and utter acceptance of everything the universe presents, even sickness and death.

It is later discovered that the real Khalsa has been killed and the one on board is working as an operative of the Restorian Movement and is actually made up of nanobots himself.
