Pyrian Torchships are the primary warships of the Pyrians. They are equipped with powerful short range continuous plasma beams. Torchships generally fire AP mass packets to slow down and cripple their targets before closing in to use their primary weapons. Before the Fall, Torchships were even matches for Glorious Heritage Class cruisers. With three hundred years to advance their technology, the current generation of Torchships are likely more than capable of destroying a cruiser in single combat.
