This arid planet is not much different than it's other sisters, but it at least has some water, and a little more technology than Seefra I. Although the laws on technology is still quite strict, and there is a religious sect established by Burma that completely shuns advanced technology. This planet was destroyed as it served it's part in the giant Vedran celestial braking system made to stop Trance's sun.
