Synopsis
A mysterious alien, the Scourge, boards the Andromeda Ascendant. Trance runs various scenaries through, to avert the threat.
Continuity
- Trance' bonsai has an important role: It can also be found in Angel Dark, Demon Bright. Originally it should be a symbol for Trance's power, but it got more and more a tangible object of her power

- Originally the episode was a part of the story about the Abyss: The Scourge should board the Andromeda as an agent of the Abyss to steal the Engine of Creation. Tribune insisted on a less comprehensive story, so the connection to the Abyss has been removed. (Source)
