Paroo was a corrupt Collector aligned with the Abyss. As head of Commonwealth security, he helped orchestrate the battle at Enga's Redoubt, which resulted in the destruction of the Commonwealth fleet. After this, he kidnapped Tri-Jema in an attempt to further destabilize the Commonwealth. He took her to the All Forces Nullification Point where Captain Dylan Hunt tracked them to. Captain Hunt managed to kill Paroo and rescue Tri-Jema before the planet they were on came apart.
