Synopisis

Als die Magog-Larven in Seamus Harper Körper zu schlüpfen drohen, versucht er mit Hilfe von Direktor Hohne und seinem Assistenten Rekeeb eine Maschine zu bauen, die ihn durch Verzerrungen in Raum und Zeit, retten soll.

"Hallelujah they're gone!
Right. So the last time you heard from me I was whining about this pain in my gut where I was BEING EATEN ALIVE FROM THE INSIDE OUT.
Ahem, anyway, yeah. I had this little Magog larvae infestation problem and it really sucked. I mean, really really sucked. There was this awful medicine that sort of slowed them down for a while, but believe me, it was creepy having these little aliens crawling around in my stomach, munching on anything they could find. And it was always hanging over my head - no cure, just a slow death.
Well - I'm all better now. With a little help from the genius half of my brain, and a Persied or two, we got this little problem all figured out. See we fold space, and ... well... screw up time pretty bad... and well it was pretty messy. It's a long story, but one of the research team didn't even make it out alive. "What the heck happened to you?
People just keep asking me this, so I finally decided to write it down. That way I can just hand them this note instead of starting from the beginning again.
It's like this. Things in the future are bad, really bad, and getting worse. The future I have seen is a place no one wants to live in. Yes, there is one possibility for a perfect future but I haven't see it yet. I can't say anymore about it. The future. If I do it would be dangerous for me and for you.
But here I am and I am different. Maybe. Harper's attempt to exterminate the Magog eggs in his stomach created a watershed event in space and time, but it's also caused a serious crisis. A crisis that if we - I - didn't handle correctly could have ended poorly for all of us.
Which leads to the "new" me. I mean, I'm still Trance, I just grew up. Yes, I did switch places with myself which allowed me to grow up really fast from your point of view, but I didn't go anywhere."

• This episode marked a turning point in the series: Brent Stait left the production because of Make Up problems, the Magog maggots in Harper were entirely removed and Trance were transformed. The storyarc
