Elssbett Mossadim-Bolivar (portrayed by Kimberly Huie) is the Sabran first daughter and of Lucrezia by Tamerlane. To her tenth birthday she got several Mono-molecular lashs by her father with the engraving "Be more than you seem."
In CY 10087 the prides of the Sabra and the Jaguar want to forge a treaty which hinges on an arranged marriage between Elssbett and the son of the Jaguar Archduke Charlemange Bolivar to end 200 years long war. The Andromeda Ascendant wants to bring the bride to the homeworld of the Jagar but is chased by the Drago-Kazov. Captain Dylan Hunt flees with Elssbett on the Eureka Maru and realizes that she is an assassin who wants to destroy the Jaguar. For 25 years she was trained for this assignement. To save her prescious gene material her ovaries were removed and will be implanted into lower ranking Sabra women. Dylan is capable of persuading Elssbett that the alliance between the Sabras and Jaguars is the right thing to do and she agrees to the marriage with Charlemagne.
In CY 10088 the Sabra-Jaguar join the New Commonwealth to get an ally against the Drago-Kazov. Not long after this Elssbett demanded the help of the Andromeda Ascendant in a war against the Drago-Kazov.
