Synopsis
Die Andromeda Ascendant empfängt den Notruf der Om Shanti. An Bord des Schiffes sind das Oberhaupt der Fatalfa Singh Khalsa und Beka Valentines Bruder Rafe, die auf dem Weg zu Friedensgesprächen zwischen den Restorianern und der Freien Handelsallianz waren.

- The first appearance of the Restorians was in To Loose The Fateful Lightning. In "The Ties that blind" they get their name.
- Dylan ist 342 Jahre alt - da die Andromeda ca. 303 Jahre im Schwarzen Loch gefangen war, bedeutet das, dass er in der Folge 39 Jahre alt ist. In Die Odysee (1x21) hat er Geburtstag.
- Harper ist in dieser Folge nicht da - er nimmt an einem Surfwettbewerb auf Infinity Atoll teil
